Wealth Management Through Estate Planning
Third Edition
This book, written by N. Lindsey Smith, was first published in 2001 and the second edition was released January, 2003. The third edition was released in autumn 2006.
Wealth Management Through Estate Planning contains updated information on all the latest tax law changes as well as a discussion of other developments in estate planning. Over 300 pages in length, it contains many examples, charts and graphs, that are designed to help the reader understand more on this topic. Lindsey wrote this book for both the layperson and allied professionals in the fields of financial and insurance planning.
Recognizing the complexity of the topic, Lindsey enlisted the help of the other attorneys in the Estate and Business Planning Group at Smith and Condeni to assist him in compiling the information on estate planning and related topics.
We work very hard to make Wealth Management Through Estate Planning as accurate as possible through its latest date of publication. However, periodically the book is revised to reflect changes in the law. As we all know, Congress cannot help but make changes to tax laws on an annual basis.
Wealth Management Through Estate Planning is Lindsey's second book on this topic. His first book was The Ohio Estate Planning Manual, first published in 1993.
