Fee Structure
Legal fees for representation on litigation matters vary depending the type of case and the representation required. Typically we will either charge on a hourly rate or a contingency basis depending on the claim. A contingency basis means that we will only recover a fee for our services if we are able to obtain a monetary sum for you based upon either a settlement or a verdict in a court of law. Injury claims are usually handle in this manner. Cases involving business or construction disputes are billed by the hour. Criminal and traffic matters are usually charged as a flat fee.
