N. Lindsey Smith
Estate Planning Group
N. Lindsey Smith is in charge of Smith and Condeni's Estate and Business Planning Group. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio, with a B.S. in Business Administration and a pre-law major, he attended The University of Toledo College of Law for his Juris Doctor degree. In 1980, after several years of practice with the Legal Department of National City Bank and a small general practice, he formed this firm. He is the author of Wealth Management Through Estate Planning, an informative text written for the layperson to explain the concepts and strategies of estate planning. Lindsey is immediate past President of the Cleveland Chapter of the Society for Financial Services Professionals. Lindsey and his family live in Bay Village. During the Summer, Lindsey spends much of his free time with his wife, Christine, and children, Alex, Emily and Max, at their vacation home on Catawba and sailing on his boat, Reckless. He and Alex are novice golfers who do not reveal their handicaps. In the winter, Key West beckons Lindsey and his family. Lindsey's other activities include reading, running and spending time with his extended network of friends.
Lindsey's skills and experience in estate planning have been recognized by his selection as an "Ohio Super Lawyer," a designation reserved for attorneys considered to be in the top 5% of Ohio lawyers.
